Kerdy van Vuuren, born in 1954 in Delft, is specialized in painting portraits.
She practises techniques from the old masters of the seventeenth century and has studyed for three years
the work and life from e.g. Rembrandt van Rijn and Johannes Vermeer.
To pose is not necessarily, a good photo will do, and if not available: the painter makes the photos herselves.
Her many years of painting experience results in making interesting and very good recembled portraits with their own personality .
A color portrait can also be made from a black and white photo.
She also practises different styles.
The painter ample takes time to consult with the client.
